Miishkooki is a pop-up art space created by John Maloof, an artist and collector known for directing the film 'Finding Vivian Maier' and curating/managing Maier's photographic archive.

Established to promote and show contemporary art of various genres, Miishkooki aims to promote emerging artists through pop-up spaces in and around the Skokie area. All artists who exhibit work in the gallery keep 100% of revenue from the sales of their work.

While Miishkooki's physical location has been closed, the organization operates remotely and conducts exhibitions in various venues and vacant spaces.
